Global Procurement Services, Inc., (originally Megalife International, Inc.) was founded in 1998 by father and son as a pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturer with distribution presence in eleven Latin American countries. As the company evolved it incorporated a Hospitality division (HotelXperts™) to supply an international network of hotels across Latin America owned by friends of the family. 

Twenty-four years later Global Procurement Services, Inc. grew to a dynamic Procurement & Supply enterprise with a far-flung import network. The Company has Logistics, Distribution and Warehousing capabilities throughout Latin America and over twenty-five thousand products available. 

HotelXperts™ represents or distributes most of the industry standard brands as well as custom products for individual clients. It specializes in supplying wholesale clients, hotel chains, the restaurant and catering industry and specialty projects.

MedicalXperts™ specializes in supplying health providers, hospitals, and the pharmaceutical distributors with an extensive range of medical supplies and products.
